Pischies are a Cypriot traditional fried pastry with olive oil, cinnamon, sugar and soaked in a syrup then coated with crushed almond. Yummy with a greek coffee or nice cup of tea.

Store in a fridge for up to 3 days. Not suitable for freezing.
