Koupes are a Cypriot snack that are traditionally filled with mincemeat. Our process and recipe have been handed down from our mother who has been making koupes for over 20 years, these are a family favourite and our customers have been coming back for years! We offer different fillings such as pork, beef, lamb and turkey and for the vegan options garlic mushroom and slightly spiced chickpeas with caramelised red onion. The choice is yours on which size to choose small, medium and large Enjoy.

Our Koupes Contain:

• Spiced Chickpeas
• Corriander
• Red onions
• Seasoning
• Outer coating is Bulgur wheat
• Flour
• Seasoning
• Size 10-12cm

Store in a fridge for up to 3 days. Not suitable for freezing.
