In Cyprus vine leaves are known as koupepia and in Greece they are called dolmades. We have made these for years and have a very nice vegan recipe added to our menu. Koupepia make excellent finger food and can be found on all greek menus and events!
Our Vine leaves contain:
- Rice
- Celery
- Courgettes
- Tomato Sauce
- Seasoning
- Vine leaves
Store in a fridge for up to 3 days or can be frozen in an air tight sealed container for up to 1 month.
