Bourekia are a Cypriot traditional fried pastry filled with riccota/anari, cinnamon and sugar and coated with icing sugar yummy with a greek coffee or nice cup of tea.

Suitable for vegetarians.
Store in a fridge for up to 3 days. Not suitable for freezing.
